Visitor Monitoring

A bespoke RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) can be a large investment for many businesses - particularly if the developer has failed properly to understand the Client's requirements.

Before you engage with a database developer you need to establish the following:

  • How much experience do the development staff have?
  • Once you have agreed a full specification for your system will the developer work to a fixed price contract?
  • What are the specific costs associated with the post development implementation of the system? Training, data cleaning and take on for example, if these have not been included in the original price.
  • Can the developer give details of reference sites and can you talk to someone at these sites?
